Every star on this page is something a neighbor asked for. This is what people actually say when I ask them. The city surveyed 361 residents last year and never asked anyone which district they live in, so nobody can tell you what District 5 asked for. This is my answer to that. It is not a promise list. Some of it comes from conversations on porches across the district, some from the poll on this site. One person saying something is one person saying it. Nothing here becomes a campaign promise because somebody said it once. When something comes up enough times to be real, it burns hotter on this page, and you will be able to watch that happen.
